Marcus Kroll is an attorney with a practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning (including planning for same-sex couples), Guardianship and Special Needs Planning. He also assists with the Probate process and actively litigates contested estates. He is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations.
