Marcus Kroll is an attorney with a practice in Elder Law, Estate Planning (including planning for same-sex couples), Guardianship and Special Needs Planning. He also assists with the Probate process and actively litigates contested estates. He is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations. Marcus is an active volunteer in many LGBT organizations in Rochester. He currently lives in the city of Rochester with his wife, son, and cat.
