Marcus's practice involves estate planning for all families, including LGBT couples, second marriages, and families who have members with special needs. He provides advice regarding elder law and Medicaid eligibility as well as business succession planning.

He has experience litigating cases involving elder abuse and undue influence, as well as estate litigation and contested Article 81 guardianship for adult incapacitated persons.
